Here is the practice schedule for today:
3:25 - stretch and throw
3:45 - JV in and out
- Varsity take cuts in cage
15 off machine/ high tee/ low and away tee/ up the middle tee all at 4 x 10
4:10 - Switch - Varsity on the field and JV in cages
4:30 - Varsity Live BP (3 rounds of 8)
5:00 - JV Live BP (2 rounds of 10)
5:30 - Clean up field and go home!
Pitchers Only - - - - you need to throw a short (20 pitch) side in the bullpen. After that you will be shagging balls in the outfield during BP
