INFIELDERS:     CAGE WORK

                                 1. HIGH TEE - 3X10 (WORK UP THE MIDDLE)
                                 2. LOW/AWAY TEE - 3X10 (WORK OPPOSITE FIELD)
                                 3. REGULAR/IN TEE - 3X10 (PULL SIDE)
                                 4. SHORT TOSS - 1X15


OUTFIELDERS:     DRILL WORK/FUNGO

                                  1. OVER THE SHOULDER (LEFT AND RIGHT)
                                  2. 45 DEGREE ANGLE (LEFT AND RIGHT)
                                  3. "Z" DRILL
                                  4. SHOE STRING CATCHES
                                  5. FLY BALLS/GROUND BALLS OFF BAT
