Monday Offseason Workout

Here is the plan for this week:

MONDAY:

 OUTFIELDERS - will be working in the cage:
                       1. High Tee - 3x10 (drive ball up the middle)  
                       2. Low Tee - 3x10 (drive ball to middle/opposite field)
                       3. Regular Tee - 3x10 (pull to power side)
                       4. Short Toss - 1x15 (work on gap to gap)


  INFIELDERS - pregame routine
                       1. Throw around
                       2. Infield in throwing home
                       3. Throw to 1B
                       4. 1B and cover
                       5. Double play
                       6. Slow rollers
                       7. Pitchers cover 1B
                       8. Catcher throws to 2B & 3B
                       9. Situational defense (if time allows)
