3:25  stretch and throw


3:45  mass outfield fungo/double cuts  (PFP will take place during double cuts)

4:05  mass infield fungo


4:30  live BP (varsity)
          3 rounds of 8 cuts

         jv hit in cages off of tees and curveball machine


5:00  switch (jv live BP)
            3 rounds of 5 cuts

            varsity hit in cages off tees and curveball machine


5:30  clean field and go home.
